If you are interested in having us
prepare your business plan, please contact us right away. We will
send you a detailed formal proposal that spells out exactly how I
go about preparing a business plan, and how you are to collaborate
in the process. In short, the process begins
with us sending you a detailed questionnaire, tailored to your
current state of research and documentation. You may dictate your
answers on tapes if you wish. Or reply by email. Or simply
send us any research you've collected. My goal is to make
your job as easy as possible. |
Once we receive your responses and
any additional documentation you may have, we will then prepare a
draft of the executive summary. When completed, we will forward it
to you for your review. When that is returned, we will then
finalize your business plan to your complete satisfaction. A sample
proposal is available upon request, should you wish for detailed
information on our procedure and the kind of information we may
require of you. My consultation does not usually
include financial schedules. For that, I recommend you talk
to an accountant, if you are not comfortable doing your own
financial schedules. If you don't have an accountant,
eventually you will need a CPA, so now is a good time to hire one.
It is advisable that you and your accountant sit down and work out
your own financial projections (profit and loss, cash flow
forecast, etc.). When your financial schedules are complete,
forward copies to us to append to your business plan. If you are a
start-up and have not yet prepared any financial projections, we
would be happy to prepare them for you -- starting at $750.
Or, if you wish, I can provide you with a software package -- at a
reduced rate -- that will guide you through the process of
creating financial schedules. |
